4 Bedroom House in Boca Raton

Beautiful and comfortable home design accented with tasteful, and warm furnishings with Asian influence. The house is ideally located in a quiet residential area, yet minutes away from gorgeous beaches, trendy Atlantic Ave., Patch Reef State park and Boca Raton Mall, cinemas, Spanish River library.
The front door opens to the great room area with views and entry to the outdoor pool. Head to the right to the kitchen, dining room, den and laundry room. Head left to the 4 bedrooms and bathrooms.
The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops offering plenty of workspace, beautiful cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, flat top stove and wine chiller. Additional stainless refrigerator located in garage. Glass top kitchen table seats 6 and has views of outdoors and is adjacent to the den. Dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and seats 8.
The TV room has a HD flat screen TV with a library of family movies, wii fitness and lots of books and board games. (Internet throughout and Direct TV )
The Master bedroom has a king bed, HD flat screen TV, his and hers walk-in closets, double set of French doors with views of romantic pool area. Master bath features an double sinks with granite countertop, marble floor, a jetted spa and a separate oversized glass enclosed shower. External door provides easy access directly to pool.
Two bedrooms, one with a queen mattress and one with a full/double mattress both have HD flat screen TVs and desk, chair, and lots of drawer and closet space. Full bathroom with double sink and shower/tub is located between these 2 bedrooms.
Fourth bedroom has its own bathroom/shower can be used as office or bedroom. Couch converts to high end full /double size bed (no springs).
One more elegant guest bathroom.
Step outside and enjoy the lovely landscape with sitting and lounging areas. Heated pool, spa with 12 jets and built-in bar-b-que with sear zone.
2-car garage renovated (air-conditioned, mirrored, TV) with fully equipped gym including universal equipment, elliptical, spin bike, free weights, and much more!! BRAND NEW PELOTON BIKE+ has arrived!
Home is equipped with all the kitchen utensils, pots, pan, dishes, spices you could ever need. Also included are 2 adult bikes, Beach chairs, towels, blow-up toys for pool/beach, pickleball and tennis racquets, basketballs, casino chips and poker board, and a piano!
Community is beautiful- all homes are lovely and landscaped. Safe and family friendly. Neighbors are great!
Within community there is a large park with basketball court, 2 tennis/pickleball courts, playground, and walking paths.

Summary: When we first entered and walked around the house our first reaction was that the house was even nicer than the pictures on the VRBO website. We have rented a number of houses in the past and this is the first time we have had this reaction since it usually is the opposite. The house certainly looks beautiful in the pictures, but when you actually enter and walk around you instantly know you made the right choice.The neighborhood is quiet and a great place to take our daily walk. The house is in a very central location since the grocery store, other shopping and many restaurants are all close by. Also, Lisa was easy to work with and very responsive to any requests that we made. We had a great time and didn't want to leave.
